Step 01

Pay for your updated Emblem Use Authorization Statement (EUAS) at the button below. The cost is $35 per year.

Step 02

We will email you your updated Emblem Use Authorization Statement (EUAS). You will need to print out your EUAS.

Step 03

Take your printed EUAS with you to the DMV when you go to renew your plates, along with the other required renewal documents.
