Step 01

Order your black Missouri plates at the button below. Your information and payment is collected online with e-signature.

Step 02

We will submit your forms and payment on your behalf to the Missouri Department of Revenue. You’ll receive an email with a copy of your completed forms. Includes form 1716 and EUAS.

Step 03

The Department of Revenue will mail you notice when your plates are ready to be picked up at your DMV. Typically 6-8 weeks from when you submit your order.
