How to get black plates
Step 01
Order your official Missouri black license plates at the button below. Your information and payment is collected online with e-signature. The cost is $35 per year plus DOR fees.
Step 02
We will submit your forms and payment on your behalf to the Missouri Department of Revenue. This includes DOR Form 1716 and Emblem Use Authorization Statement (EUAS).
Step 03
The Department of Revenue will mail you notice when your plates are ready to be picked up at your DMV. Expect 10 weeks from when you submit your order for your plates to be ready.
NOTE: Print and take your EUAS paperwork with you to the DMV when you pick up your plates.
